I recently found a service that gives a free VCC to everyone who signs up for the first time. There are no fees, it's completely free and can be reloaded online via Visa/Mastercard. The VCC can be used everywhere MasterCard is accepted. Using my technique, you can create an unlimited number of VCCs anonymously.
